  • 1 tbsp. fruit & maple strawberry spread
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ tsp. kosher salt
  • 18 tsp. black pepper
  • parsley for garnish


  1. In a mixing bowl whisk strawberry spread, lemon juice, water, olive oil and salt.
  2. Plate your endive and radicchio, add sliced apple, crumbled gorgonzola and toasted walnuts over the top.
  3. Garnish with parsley leaves and drizzle with strawberry dressing.
